Sir Linkalot is on a quest is to make “I can’t spell” a thing of the past.
We wanted to check the state of the nation’s spelling and commissioned a study surveying 2000 adults all across the country. 81% of UK adults think our spelling is getting worse.

These are the top three reasons:

Out and About in February 1 63% of people lay the blame at autocorrect on our devices.

Out and About in February 459% of people feel the main culprit is people are writing less.

52% of people feel that fewer people are reading books for pleasure.
